The Office Manager (OM) is responsible to, and under the direct supervision of, the Executive Board of Directors. The OM will be stationed at The Arc of Buffalo County office. Position timeline to be determined on an as-needed basis. The employee will adhere to the agency’s mission, vision, and values and work to achieve priorities as identified.
Primary Responsibilities:
-All communications: Phone Calls, Voicemails, Emails
-Mailing: Checking mail and helping with the mailing of newsletters, thank you notes, etc.
-Basic office duties as assigned
-Some assistance with event planning and execution
Employment Qualifications:
- Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the general public as well as other employees and the Board of Directors.
- Possess a high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Must keep all agency matters confidential.
