July is Disability Pride Month, and The Arc of Buffalo County is proud to host our 3rd annual celebration on Friday, July 11, 2025, at Harmon Park! This free, inclusive event will bring together people of all ages and abilities to connect, create, and celebrate.
This year’s event will feature a variety of indoor and outdoor activities, a Resource Fair, craft vendors, and an exciting new addition: the “Hat’s-Off to Disability Pride” Hat Fashion Show where participants of all ages and abilities are encouraged to decorate or design a hat and show it off for a chance to win fun awards like Most Creative Hat, Silliest Hat, Audience Favorite and more!
Vendors & Community Partners
We are actively seeking resource providers, nonprofits, and craft vendors to join us during our Resource Fair from 1:00–3:00 PM. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect directly with individuals with disabilities and their families, share information about your services, and build meaningful community connections.
We will also be compiling a resource packet for attendees to take home. Please send a one-page flyer if you’d like to be included!

Sponsorship pledges are due by June 30, 2025, and payment can be arranged either before or after the event (with pre-approval).
Stay for the Fashion Show!
From 3:00–4:30 PM, we’ll cap off the afternoon with the Hat Fashion Show, to be held on the stage *or inside the Activities Center depending on the weather). We invite all vendors and sponsors to stay, cheer on the participants, and witness the joy and creativity of this unique celebration.
